Default: 8 digits, matching Sensus iPERL meter IDs and FlexNet TX IDs. The server enforces these too, plus duplicate checks.
Address list sync
Addresses live in your MySQL database and are served from there — the Weld County GIS host is contacted only when you sync. Run a sync occasionally to pick up new addresses.
